The electrical type tests show better results, giving longer useful life in terms of loads generated by electrical loads and other temporary electrical phenomena.
Porcelain insulators have proven to have a higher resistance to surface degradation, they do not degrade or char during loads; the conductive path is created very slowly compared to the surface of a composite insulator. High thermal resistance, ceramic withstands temperatures up to 1000 °C: the surface is resistant to any type of degradation within the temperature range.
